Will servicing with you keep my new-car warranty?
Yes, as long as the service follows the manufacturer's schedule and uses parts that meet the manufacturer's specifications. We stamp your log book.
What happens if my car fails its pink slip?
We'll show you exactly what failed and why, and give you a price to fix it. We can do the repairs here in our workshop, then re-check the car at no extra charge so you can renew your rego without taking it anywhere else.
How much is a pink slip?
$52 for cars and other light vehicles, $29 for motorcycles, $27 for trailers without brakes and $41 for trailers with brakes. All prices include GST.
How long does a pink slip take?
Allow up to an hour. We work first come, first served, so get in early for a quick turnaround.
Do I need to book, or can I walk in?
Both. Booking ahead is the best way to make sure we can do your pink slip the same day. Walk-ins are welcome, but we can't guarantee we'll have time on the day.
What's included in a general service?
General services start from $350 including GST, and include:
- New engine oil and oil filter
- Coolant level checked and topped up if needed
- Washer fluid topped up
- Air filter inspected
- Spark plugs checked
- Brake pads and rotors measured, brake lines inspected
- Tyre tread depth checked and pressures set
- Wheels checked for free play
- Suspension and bushes inspected
- Driveline inspected
- Checked for oil and fluid leaks
- Road test
What does a log book service include?
Everything your manufacturer recommends for that service, plus a full vehicle inspection and road test. We also check the interval items throughout the car to make sure they've been done on time.
How much does a diagnostic cost?
An initial diagnostic starts from $142.50 including GST. Our labour rate is $142.50 an hour.
How can I pay?
Cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard and Amex. There is no card surcharge.
